Scholarship

The Chester Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is committed to the mission of our sorority. In our effort to show our commitment to scholastic attainment, we offer annually, a scholarship to young women.

2009 - 2010 Scholarship Criteria

All Applicants must:

Be a female, Delaware County high school senior
Have a grade point average of 2.5 or better on a 4.0 scale
Be accepted at a two or four year college or institute of higher learning
Show evidence of involvement in extra-curricular school activities, community and or church
Submit a completed application, a wallet sized photo and an essay of no more than 300 words.

All applications are due by March 31, 2010.
