Greetings Sorors and Friends,

Welcome to the official website of Chester (PA) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

A sisterhood built upon more than three decades of impactful service, unwavering commitment, and transformational leadership throughout Delaware County. Since our chartering in 1994, Chester Alumnae has remained steadfast in advancing Delta's mission through scholarship, sisterhood, public service, and social action. We work to meet the diverse needs of the community through scholarships to deserving high school students pursuing higher education or vocational training. We proudly stand on a legacy created by visionary women whose dedication continues to inspire our work today.

This theme reminds us that while our traditions remain our foundation, our leadership must continually evolve to meet the changing needs of our members and the communities we serve. Our commitment to the Five-Point Programmatic Thrust remains unwavering; how we collaborate, communicate, develop leaders, and expand our impact must be intentional, innovative, and sustainable.

My leadership philosophy is simple:

Rooted in Sisterhood. Rising in Service. Leading with Purpose.

When sisterhood is authentic, service becomes transformational, and leadership becomes a shared responsibility. I believe our greatest accomplishments will not only be measured by the programs we host, also by the relationships we strengthen, the leaders we develop, and the lasting impact we leave on our communities and one another.
